DServante by Elas DSastre

Elas D’sastre or Elas Muoz, from Spain, finally bring us one of the diamonds of the decade: D’Servante. D’Servante has been acclaimed for a really long time in the magic world. Magicians who are winning contests are using this fantastic tool which helps, in any condition, to improve THE MAGIC. D’Servante has been created and designed by and for the magician and crafted by hand one by one by artisans in Spain no expense spared.

It has a high-durability fabric, and it is attachable under any mat. It is made up of two sections that are easy to open and close thanks to eight neodymium magnets: one section for use in parlor magic and another for use in close-up magic. Each of these sections comes with six huge separate pockets where you can load and download almost anything. The servant’s internal structure allows you to have your legs completely relaxed while performing magic. Its plastic tongue allows you to anchor it to the waist to keep the base of the servante always at the same distance from you. It also comes with an adherent foam that doesn’t allow it to move at all. It comes with an introduction video of the author Elas D’Sastre and also tips and tricks of the FISM winner Luis Olmedo who is the best in the world using Elas’ D’Servante.

Quotes:

“I am one of those who think that using a first quality material is essential to improve our art. This mat is at such a high level that really draws the attention.”
-Alberto de Figueiredo

“I am lucky that this wonderful servate and close-up mat made by Elas D’Sastre fell into my hands. With an exceptional quality of materials and fantastic dimensions to demonstrate any Magic routine on it. The accompanying servant has an opening and closing system that also allows you to anchor it anywhere. And I no longer say anything about its transport bag, a professional detail to always keep it clean and ready for action. If Hofzinser raised his head, he would take two! What are you foolish waiting for?”
– Pedro Morillo

“I needed a close-up mat with a servante where I could secretly load and unload the balls and productions for my “To Cigeo” act and they recommended the one that Elas makes. He did it to me in less than a week according to my needs and when I received it, he not only met my expectations but also exceeded them. The close-up mat has a rigid non-slip base that makes it fit onto any table securely. Its surface is soft and fluffy, allowing you to handle cards, coins and cups and balls with ease. Its servante tilts, allowing the mat to be transported vertically and perched horizontally on the table without loads falling or moving from their place. Elas gives you the mat with a cover and magnets attached to the servante, allowing it to close when traveling with it, remaining flat behind the mat itself. Being rigid and keeping the loads hidden from public view, you can take it from behind the scenes at any time of the show and after leaving it on the table you will have your entire act ready, without complicated preparation processes or tricky tables. Although I use it specifically for cups and balls, Elias added pockets and compartments for changing cards and decks, as well as neodymium magnets, which has already caused me to start testing with it for other uses. In short, a totally professional material, manufactured by a craftsman who knows what he is up to and also at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommended.”
– Joaqun Matas:

“The mat with Servante by Elias Muoz is perfect for both the professional and the amateur. Its finish is perfect, and it is taken care of down to the smallest detail. It allows you to play, evokes the imagination and opens the possibilities to new methods in your magic. No doubt since I have the mat with servante I enjoy more the practices, and my magic is better.”
-Pepo Capel

“I am lucky to use this mat often and it is wonderful. Perfect size, very well finished, impeccable appearance, multipurpose servante … a wonder !!!!!”
– Miguel Muoz

“Everything about this mat is extraordinary: from rubber bottom, extra soft sponge inside, to velvet finish on top. Your work with cards, coins or any other form of magic will become smoother, and more elegant. Not to mention additional ‘drawer’ for lapping and storing all other props. There is, however, a HUGE problem with this mat. Once You start working with it, you won’t even look for any other – this will become THE only mat You will ever work with. Period.”
